The name was changed to Thornedge Insurance Brokers Limited as part of the strategy to place it in a vantage position to service clients more professionally. The Corporate Affairs Commission approved this process on 3rd April 2000.Subsequently, the National Insurance Commission issued our Company with an Operating License on 30TH April 2000. Our Registration Number is R.B.C. 324 Currently, our authorized Share Capital is N10 000,000.00 backed with a Professional Indemnity Cover of N10, 000,000.00 in conformity with the provision of the Insurance Decree of 1997.
